Laboratory Testing

Using our modern and qualified laboratory all products are closely controlled before and throughout the production process to offer full traceability on all products and materials and ensure the highest quality finish.

Day-to-day testing and analysis to international standards including ASTM.

Testing carried out includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Tensile
  • Elongation
  • Density
  • Hardness
  • Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)
  • Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA)
  • Polymer identification

Product Testing

Among the activities related to the production of our products we are concerned with providing the relevant certification in accordance with the applicable requirements required by the technical specifications, inspection/quality control plans and material data sheets.

Tests may be attended by the Customer and / or Third Part in the case of certification 3.2 or expressly specified on the inspection/quality control plans (QCP / ITP).

Testing carried out includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Ball over height
  • Profile projector
  • Ultrasonic testing
  • Helium leak testing
  • Pressure testing for seals
  • Coordinate measurement machines (CMM)
  • Surface finish measurements
